Welcome to DoodleToyz! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services located at www.doodletoyz.com ("Service"). By accessing or using DoodleToyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

DoodleToyz is an AI-powered platform that transforms children's drawings into custom 3D-printed toys. Our service:

• Allows users to upload drawings or artwork
• Uses artificial intelligence (Meshy AI) to convert 2D drawings into 3D digital models
• Manufactures physical toys via 3D printing
• Ships completed toys to your provided address

3. Eligibility & Parental Consent

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website and submit content. DoodleToyz is intended for use by parents or legal guardians on behalf of their children.

By providing consent for your child's artwork to be used:

• You agree to these Terms on behalf of your child
• You authorize charges to your payment method
• You are responsible for monitoring your child's use
• You consent to our collection and use of your child's artwork as described in our Privacy Policy

4. Your Account

To use our Service, you need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content You Submit

When you upload drawings to DoodleToyz, you:

• Keep ownership of your original artwork
• Grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service
• Grant us the right to create 3D models from your drawings
• Confirm the artwork is your own or you have permission to use it
• Agree not to upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content

Prohibited Content

You may not upload:

• Inappropriate Material: Nudity, sexual content, violence, gore
• Copyrighted Material: Trademarked characters, logos, branded content without permission
• Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination or hatred
• Illegal Content: Anything that violates laws or regulations

We reserve the right to review all uploaded content and reject orders containing prohibited content.

6. Orders & Pricing

Current Pricing

• Small (3-4 inches): $29
• Medium (5-6 inches): $49
• Large (7-8 inches): $79

Prices are subject to change. Current prices are displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location. Taxes are applied where required by law.

Order Process

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders due to pricing errors or product unavailability.

Payment

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store complete credit card numbers.

7. Manufacturing & Delivery

Processing Time

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days
• Manufacturing: 2-5 business days
• Shipping: 3-7 business days (domestic)

Total estimated delivery: 7-10 business days from order placement. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. International orders may take longer.

8. Returns & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

• Before Manufacturing: Full refund available if cancelled within 24 hours of order placement
• After Manufacturing Begins: Orders cannot be cancelled. Custom products are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Because each toy is custom-made from your unique artwork, we generally cannot accept returns. However, we offer refunds for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Products damaged during shipping
• Significant deviation from preview

To request a refund, contact us at office@doodletoyz.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Refundable

• Change of mind after manufacturing
• Minor variations from preview (expected due to 3D printing process)
• Color differences due to material properties

9. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of drawings/artwork you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the Service.

Our Content

DoodleToyz owns all rights to the website design, layout, code, branding, logos, trademarks, and our 3D model generation algorithms and processes.

Generated 3D Models

You receive a personal, non-commercial license to the 3D model generated from your drawing. You may not resell or commercially exploit 3D models without permission.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the Service lawfully and appropriately
• Not interfere with Service functionality
• Not attempt to access unauthorized areas
• Not upload malicious code or viruses
• Not impersonate others
• Supervise children's use of the Service

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to create amazing toys, but we do not warrant that the Service will meet your expectations, that results will be accurate or reliable, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoodleToyz shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DoodleToyz, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your uploaded content, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing office@doodletoyz.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, upload prohibited content repeatedly, or as required by law.

Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. Pending orders may be completed or cancelled at our discretion.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms. Outstanding orders remain subject to Terms in effect at order time.

17. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DoodleToyz.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right.
• Force Majeure: We're not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
